Ricardo González
Venezuelan writer and filmmaker based in Barcelona, Spain. Started his career as writer/producer on E! Entertainment TV / HBO Lat Am Group in 2000. Between 2004 and 2013 he was teaching Film & TV Production at Audiovisual Media School of University of Los Andes, Venezuela. In 2004, he received the Major Award of Arts and Letters of Venezuela for his book 'Vicenta and The Spooks'. In 2009 he became CEO of Production at ULA TV, Cultural Channel. In 2012 he won the Artist-in-Residence program in Tokyo, Japan where he shot his documentary “Art”. Since 2015 he is Creative Producer in the Film & TV Production Master at Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona. He is currently writing, directing and producing his last doc “Maricones”. "Little Heroes", a b-side project as Production Advisor, is sets to open later this year (2017).
